Plasterboard Recycling
We can collect plasterboard as segregated waste. Plasterboard must be segregated and placed in a tonne bag by the side of the skip for collection. We can also collect Plasterboard in open or enclosed skips and roll-on roll-off containers.
We recommend the use of our covered skips when they are going to be sited in public locations as this prevents the contamination of the contents, accidental or otherwise.
Alternatively, customers can deliver plasterboard waste to our Waste Transfer Station in its segregated form with a Waste Carriers Licence. The plasterboard is bulked up for transportation to gypsum recycling plants, where it is made back into plasterboard.
