Customer Service Administrator
McCarthy Marland (Recycling) Ltd have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join the team at our Tetbury depot.
Our ideal candidate will come from a Customer Service and Sales background and will be confident in handling all aspects of communication in a busy office.
The successful candidate must be an experienced communicator, have excellent IT skills and have a strong commercial awareness.
The role itself will be dealing with managing incoming calls and emails as well as dealing with service-related issues.
The ability to build strong relationships over the telephone with both existing and prospective customers would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- You must have excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- You must have the ability to establish a strong rapport with existing and new customers as well as your colleagues
- To provide an outstanding level of customer service
- Manage customer accounts through the Company’s operational software
- Assist with administration tasks for the sales, transport and finance departments
- Deal with customer service-related queries and issues should they occur
Your Skills
- Positive and professional manner
- Experienced in sales and delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with customers and colleagues
- Good level of education
- Good IT skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
